Having a bucket list is great for your mental health because it makes you excited about all the things you can do in the future. There is so much out there in the world, and you have a chance to explore it! Here’s my personal bucket list for inspiration (it’s a bit adventure heavy). The more specific your goals the better!

- Learn how to fly a plane

- Hike Machu Picchu
- Learn how to read and speak hindi fluently
- Become fluent in spanish
- Learn a third completely new language
- Study abroad for at least 1 year
- Write a novel
- Take a hot air balloon ride
- Learn + participate in fantasy football
- Paintball
- Skeet Shooting
- Volunteer at animal shelter
- Learn to golf (and ride a golf cart!)
- Make a time capsule
- Get a polaroid camera
- Learn to ride a horse solo
- Work relief in a disaster
- Learn to drive stick shift
- Learn to code
- Learn ASL
- Learn to Salsa
- Learn another instrument
- Visit all 7 continents (including Antarctica!)
- Visit an animal sanctuary
