10 Ways You Can Practice Gratitude

Here are 10 simple ways to practice gratitude for a student. Gratitude gives you inner peace and an appreciation for the things around you.

  1. Write down things you are grateful for. Every day, write one down on your Iphone
  2. Give thanks at meals
  3. Meditate for 10 minutes every day
  4. Practice some self care! It’s as simple as showering and dressing freshly.
  5. Be kind to yourself. Only say positive things to yourself, and have a growth mindset.
  6. Go for a gratitude walk. Spend time in nature.
  7. Send thank you notes to people who have been kind to you or given you a gift
  8. Spend time with good friends and family.
  9. Volunteer!
  10. Avoid negativity. Negative people, negative social media, and negative words!
