Yoga During Corona

During COVID, I developed an appreciation for yoga, and would practice three times a week with my school. I realized that others might not have the same opportunity to exercise as me, so I resolved to start my own virtual yoga classes, yoga during corona. Here’s the flier of the class and some of the moves we practiced!

I taught a blend of Vinyasa Yoga, which originated in India, Yin Yoga, which originated in China, and Pilates. Vinyasa Yoga consists of a flowy, rhythmic routine, while Yin Yoga is slower-paced, with yogis typically holding poses for longer periods.

Unfortunately, Yoga During Corona classes ended with the advent of in person school and COVID vaccines, but I still love to practice yoga on my own or with my family. Here’s some great youtube yoga routines if you are interested in practicing this wonderful art.
